PEAK ATP Users

Brian Anderson—Testimonial for PEAK ATP®

I have been using PEAK ATP for around ten months now and the benefits are clear to me in comparison to the years of training without the supplement. When first using ATP I did not know what to expect but slowly I began to understand the purpose for it and the unique advantage I never realized was possible. The major improvements to my performance and training level came in the form of additional energy, shorter recovery time, and increased intensity during workouts.

After loading the supplement into my system for a couple of weeks, I started to notice that it would take longer for my muscles to break down during workouts. In certain running workouts I was adding additional intervals much more quickly than was normal. At times, it felt as though I was getting the first few intervals for free before my energy level began to decrease. It was this initial boost of energy that first made me realize I needed to pay attention to the differences I would see through the use of ATP.

Once I noticed a higher than normal energy level I expected to be sore and worn out the next day. Actually, with a good nights rest, my muscles would feel refreshed and I was not as stiff or sore as I should have been. So with less stress to my body, I was training as hard as I had in past seasons. This allowed me to add an extra workout or two each week so my strength base was more broad and my conditioning came quickly. I was able to recover from a difficult workout and do the same workout on the very next day, something I would usually have to wait a few days to do. This made an unbelievable impact and is an objective difference from the years of training prior to taking ATP.

Any athlete would agree, when you have more energy and your muscles feel fresh, the intensity level during practice will rise. Less time was spent warming up each day and more time was spent working on specific aspects of my training plan. Being strong and healthy each day gives athletes the opportunity to maintain an optimum workload and continue a steady climb to peak physical output. It is crucial to find something that will aid in steadily increasing productivity.

Each of these individual benefits tie together to enhance the overall effect of ATP. It is easy to see that these effects are one big cycle. I am toward the end of my cycle and I am ready to begin training right now for next year. Although I have made great strides throughout this season, my body does not feel broken down like it usually does. I will begin training for next season immediately and this is not normal. Many differences from this past season stand out and it all stems from more energy, recovery, and intensity.

"PEAK ATP has definitely benefited my training... I feel more vascular; my legs feel stronger and do not get tired as quickly as they used to: ...I've also seen a considerable difference in my recovery time between workouts."
