In order to reach your maximum potential you have to implement a training program that pushes the limits. During a 12-week study at the University of Tampa trained individuals participated in an intense protocol to test the effects of supplementing with PEAK ATP®. The study showed that ATP supplementation enhanced muscular adaptations following the 12-week training protocol and prevented declines in performance following overtraining.
