During a 12-week study at the University of Tampa trained individuals participated in an intense training protocol to test the effects of supplementing with PEAK ATP®. Not only did the study show muscle and strength gains but it showed that ATP supplementation enhanced muscular adaptations following the intense 12-week training protocol and prevented declines in performance following overtraining.
