One serving of ATP diminishes exercise-induced fatigue, allowing users to sustain performance for extended durations.
The aim of the research was to examine how a single dose of disodium Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) affects muscular performance in trained adults. In this acute, crossover, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 18 trained males were enlisted to perform a series of strength tests following supplementation with either 400 mg of PEAK ATP® or a placebo. While acute supplementation didn't yield notable enhancements in muscle strength indicators, it did demonstrate a reduction in fatigue levels over the course of the exercise, resulting in improved performance endurance.
