The Effect of Oral Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) Supplementation on Anaerobic Exercise in Healthy Resistance-Trained Individuals: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

A systematic review and meta-analysis found that adenosine triphosphate (ATP) supplementation led to significant improvements in maximal strength compared to a placebo, particularly in resistance-trained men at doses of 400 mg/day. Moreover, daily intake of 400 mg of ATP for up to 12 weeks was deemed safe for healthy individuals.
