“I take 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to training, then on my rest days I take 1 capsule on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Here are the benefits that I've noticed since I began using Peak ATP.
- More energy overall. I don't need to take as much caffeine and other stimulants to get myself going.
- Increased mind/muscle connection when I'm training. I feel as though I can focus more on the muscles that I'm training and obtain a greater degree of muscle stimulation.
- Enhanced vascularity. I've always been vascular, but since I've been using Peak ATP, my veins seem to appear larger than normal.
- I noticed more overall power and explosiveness. I just competed in a powerlifting event over the weekend and managed to set a new PR for my current bodyweight. I pulled a 570 lb. deadlift, at a bodyweight of 177 lbs. This lift allowed me to win my weight class and also win the award for the men's best deadlifter in this particular competition.
Overall, I would say that Peak ATP definitely has merit and I would certainly use this product again in the future!”
