“I use PEAK ATP with HMB about 25 min before my strength workouts. With PEAK ATP, I feel like I can push just a little harder and I also feel like my rest between sets is a little bit shorter. I was out of town earlier this week for a few days and forgot my PEAK ATP. I could feel my body hitting that fatigue point faster without the PEAK ATP. Today, I added it back in and definitely felt the difference!”
