"I chose to add PEAK ATP to my supplement regime about 2 months ago. Within a month of taking the supplement, I noticed that I was able to increase my lean body mass and drop from 17% body fat to 15% (and it's still dropping). I also noticed a significant improvement in my muscular endurance and recovery rate as I have been able to do more repetitions at higher weights in the majority of my lifts.
